Since 2015 we have been using our experience and our tried-and-tested tools on user-centered design to create employee experiences that are in line with the needs and expectations of both organizations and their people.

Innovate based on knowing your employees.
Because you want a people-centered organization, we use ethnography to gain a deeper understanding of the needs and expectations of the people on your team. To innovate we need new and relevant information. To get this we start by gathering information from the various stakeholders through interviews and observation, we create Personas as a way of always keeping the people we are designing for in mind, and analyze the entire ecosystem to understand all the relationships involved. This work leads to the insights we use to design the ideal Employee Experience.

We facilitate reflection and ideation sessions with HR, managers and employees: in a dynamic, collaborative and iterative way, everyone gets involved in creating solutions. As a part of the solution, each person can understand how they are contributing to business success.

The implementation phase is one of the greatest challenges for any organization. Alongside a strategic follow up by our team, we create an Employee Experience Blueprint: a map with the desired employee experience, identifying the organization-to-employee contact points and the internal actions required in order to implement this experience.
